in your inbox.

It is just buried under follow-ups. SupportBank turns the answer you already gave into a help center your customers can find, and your team can keep.

Can I check in after 10pm?

Late check-in is available until 11pm; call ahead for a lockbox key.

Our front desk is open until 11pm. If you arrive later, call the number on your booking confirmation and we will leave a key in the lockbox.

One article.
Every language.

A working preview of the answer desk. Change a language, draft an excerpt, publish it. Every control moves the article beside it.

Write it in your own words.

The editor is a document, not a form: title, body and excerpt in one place. No export, no Markdown, no second system.

Translate without retyping.

Turn on Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, French or German. The structure stays; the words change, and a person can edit every line.

The model drafts. You decide.

Ask for an excerpt or a first pass. Nothing is created until you approve it, and every draft stays a draft until you say otherwise.

Publish when it is ready.

Readers see what you publish and nothing else. Unpublish and it is gone. One switch, no deploy.

From a message
to a help center.

The path is short on purpose. You write the answer once, and the same answer goes out in every language.

First, the question.

A guest asks at 21:40. The answer already exists in someone’s head.

“Can I check in after 10pm?”

Late check-in

Our front desk is open until 11pm. If you arrive later, call the number on your booking and we will leave a key in the lockbox.

Then, the translation.

The same article, in Japanese. The structure stays; the sentence changes.

22時以降のチェックイン

フロントは23時まで対応しています。それ以降は、ご予約の番号へお電話ください。キーはロックボックスにご用意します。

Then, the reader.

One switch, and the answer is on your site. Search, categories and the reader come with it.

Publish the help center

Published.

The same article is now live in English and Japanese. No deploy, no second copy.

Questions, answered.

Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan is the default for every new organization.
What is a help center?
A public site with your answers, search and categories, on your own domain or on a SupportBank address.
Which languages can I publish in?
All eight are available on Plus and Business: English, Japanese, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Korean, Spanish, French and German. Free starts with two, the default and one more.
Can I edit a machine translation?
Yes. Every language is a separate translation; editing it by hand marks it as yours and automatic translation will not overwrite it.
Does the AI publish on its own?
No. It proposes a draft or an excerpt. Nothing is created until you approve it, and approved articles start as drafts.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Connect it in the help center settings; the reader is served from it.
What do readers see?
Only published help centers and published articles. Drafts and unpublished centers return the same 404 as a missing page.
How do I upgrade?
The owner opens Billing, chooses Plus or Business and pays through Stripe. The plan changes when Stripe confirms the subscription.
Is SupportBank live?
It is in alpha. The Free plan and paid plans are available now.
