Privacy Policy
Effective 27 October 2026
This is a convenience summary. The Japanese privacy policy is the authoritative text. It explains how SupportBank handles account data, help-center content, AI processing, payment records and deletion requests.
What we collect
Email address, display name, authentication state, organization and member data, help-center content and uploads, usage and error logs, AI usage counts, Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, and support correspondence. We do not store card numbers; Stripe handles payment details.
Why we use it
To provide and secure the service, authenticate users, manage organizations and permissions, publish help centers, run AI answers and translations, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions through Stripe, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations.
Processors and transfers
We use Cloudflare (hosting, D1, R2, email and CDN), Stripe (payments, invoices and customer portal) and DeepSeek (AI inference for answers, translations and drafts). These providers may process data outside Japan, including in the United States. We do not sell personal data.
AI processing
Article text, questions and translation text may be sent to DeepSeek to produce AI output. AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate. Do not enter secrets, payment details or sensitive personal data that you do not want processed by the AI provider. Provider retention and training terms apply to that processing.
Cookies, retention and your choices
We use cookies for sign-in, security and language/display preferences. We do not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. We keep information for as long as needed for the service and legal obligations. You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction at the contact below; we may need to verify your identity and may retain billing, accounting, backup or dispute records where required by law.
Security and changes
We use access control, tenant separation, encryption in transit, hashed credentials and processor management. No Internet service is completely secure. We may update this policy and will post material changes here or notify account owners.
